Shipping Policy
We are based in Arkansas, USA. We offer the fast shipping to customers worldwide, that means there is no need to worry about long shipping times.
All orders ship weekdays within 2 business days unless stated.

Holiday Orders
Holidays orders will not be shipped as fast, due high volume of orders . Please allow 5 business days before orders ship out.
If you have questions about your shipment our fully staffed team can assist you at anytime.
United States Postal Service
"USPS" is our preferred shipping carrier within the United
States and other countries. All orders within the U.S will be shipped
Priority Mail or First Class.
All orders
require a processing time of up to 24 hours. This does not include
weekends or holidays. After your order is processed it will ship.
Priority Shipping is also available and takes 2-3 business days to ship and will be delivered via Priority Mail.
Overnight shipping is available for US customers.
Once the package has left our office and
has been received by the post office. A tracking number will be emailed
or texted to you.
If your package is returned to us the
customer will be responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to
have the package re shipped.
If your tracking information states that
the item was successfully delivered and or signed for We are not liable
to send a replacement package. You must contact your local USPS store
and open a claim.
We are not responsible for delivery
delays due to mishandling by the carrier ,incorrect address or delays
due to weather conditions.

US Postal Service Guarantees
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the
guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process
the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item
is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will
NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their
guaranteed shipping times.
UPS Guarantees
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered in the
guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-3 business days to process
the order, and we cannot be held liable for UPS guarantees. If the item
is not delivered in time, please contact UPS (1-888-742-5877). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if UPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she
enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a
package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable
address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times;
hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change
its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping
address, please contact us jackandjillcelebrate@yahoo.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package
delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us.
Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In
some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
Tracking Your Package
All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If
your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to
your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact
the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held

Return Policy
No exchanges or Refunds. All sales are Final .
Orders can’t be modified or cancel once they are processed.Color may vary due to resolution/ description of the item.
Damaged Items
Please check merchandise immediately. All damages or wrong merchandise must be claim within 2 days of receiving merchandise.
If you are not sure about a
particular item please give us a text with the image. And we will help
you to the best of our ability but will be your responsibility to make

Discounted or Sale Items
Discounted items and items purchased on the promotion are NOT
eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE . If you used a discount code
or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale. Bodysuits and
swim wear are consider as Final Sale due to the delicate nature of the item.
Preorders
ETA will be included in the description of the item. If
the item title starts with PO or Preorder the item is consider as a
preorder. All items that are preorder will ship as soon as they are
received and check in at our office.
Order not delivered or return to sender
We will contact the customer and the customer will be responsible for paying for reshipping of the merchandise. Reshipping fees can be sent via Zelle or PayPal.

How it Works
• During checkout, choose In-Store Pickup
• Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" text message. This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation.)
• Bring your ID, credit card, and order number to the store and pick up your items.
• We'll hold your items at the warehouse only for 1 week , If you do
not make it in by then, your items will be returned and you will be
issued a store credit.
What to Bring to Pickup
Only you can pick up your order. You must bring the following items
with you to the store in order for us to process your shipment:
• Your government-issued photo ID
• The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used)
• Your order number.
